By using this website or requesting services from College Station Sunrooms & Patios, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using our services on behalf of a property owner, you represent that you have the authority to do so.

College Station Sunrooms & Patios provides sunroom construction, patio enclosures, screen room installation, and related outdoor living space services to residential property owners in College Station, TX and surrounding communities.
All services are subject to a written agreement signed by both parties before work begins. The scope of work, materials, timeline, and pricing will be set out in that agreement. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to perform services at any specific price; all prices are determined through individual estimate and proposal.
All estimates provided by College Station Sunrooms & Patios are based on information available at the time of the estimate. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted in writing.
An estimate is not a binding contract. A project begins only when both parties have signed a written agreement and any required deposit has been received. Final pricing may differ from an initial estimate if the scope of work changes, if unforeseen site conditions are discovered, or if material costs change between the estimate date and the project start date. Any change in scope or price will be communicated to you in writing before additional work proceeds.
We do not guarantee that prices quoted verbally, by email, or through any online form represent a final or binding price. Only signed written agreements establish binding pricing.
Project start dates are estimates and may be affected by permit processing times, weather, material availability, or other factors outside our control. We will communicate scheduling updates as they arise.
If you need to cancel or postpone a project after signing a contract, please notify us in writing as early as possible. Cancellation terms, including any applicable fees or deposit forfeitures, will be specified in your individual service agreement.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel work if site conditions are unsafe, if required permits are not obtainable, or if payment obligations under the service agreement are not met.
Payment terms are established in each individual service agreement. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Specific percentages and milestones will be set out in writing before you sign anything.
Invoices not paid within the timeframe specified in the service agreement may be subject to late fees as described in that agreement. We reserve the right to pause work on any project where payment obligations are not being met.
Accepted forms of payment will be specified in your service agreement. We do not accept payment disputes submitted solely through a credit card chargeback process without first giving us an opportunity to resolve the issue directly.
Where required, College Station Sunrooms & Patios will obtain all necessary building permits from the appropriate local authority before construction begins. The cost of permits is typically included in the project estimate unless otherwise noted.
The property owner is responsible for obtaining any required approval from a homeowners association before a permit application is submitted. Delays caused by HOA approval processes are outside our control and will affect the project timeline accordingly.
Any workmanship warranty provided by College Station Sunrooms & Patios will be stated in your individual service agreement. Warranties cover defects in our workmanship under normal use conditions and do not cover damage from misuse, modifications by others, acts of nature, or normal wear and tear.
Manufacturer warranties on materials and products are separate from our workmanship warranty and are governed by the respective manufacturer's terms. We will assist you in understanding and registering applicable manufacturer warranties where possible.
This website and its content are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. We make no representations about the accuracy or completeness of information on this site.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a service agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by you under that agreement. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of certain types of damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

If a dispute arises between you and College Station Sunrooms & Patios, we ask that you first contact us directly so we have an opportunity to resolve it. Most disputes can be resolved through honest communication.
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, the parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing formal legal action. Mediation will be conducted in College Station, TX unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing.
Any legal action not resolved through mediation shall be filed in the appropriate court located in College Station, TX.
These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings will take place in Texas.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless College Station Sunrooms & Patios and its employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of this website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
